◼ 예매 안내

- Mint Breeze Stage(88잔디마당) 우선입장권은 1~500번, Loving Forest Garden(88호수수변무대) 우선입장권은 1~100번 판매됩니다.

- 예매 시 선택한 입장 번호 순서대로 입장합니다.

- 일자별로 1인 1매만 구매 가능합니다. 그렇기 때문에 같은 일자의 MBS 우선입장권과 LFG   우선입장권을 동시에 예매할 수 없습니다.

- 우선입장권은 그랜드 민트 페스티벌 2024 공식 티켓 예매 시 추가로 구매 가능한 티켓입니다. 인터파크에서 ‘그랜드 민트 페스티벌 2024’ 티켓을 예매하신 분만 우선입장권 예매가 가능합니다.

- 우선입장권 예매 후 본 공연 취소를 원할 경우, 우선입장권을 먼저 취소하셔야 본 공연 티켓도 취소 처리가 가능합니다.

- 우선입장권 예매자는 다른 관객보다 빠르게 입장하기 때문에 본 공연 티켓을 1인 2매 예매하였을 경우, 동행인 입장에 문제가 생길 수 있습니다. 본 공연 티켓을 일자별 1매만 예매한 후 우선입장권을 구매해 주시기 바라며, 구매자 착오로 인한 당일 취소, 교환, 환불은 불가합니다.

- 결제 시 무통장 입금 선택이 불가합니다.

- 티켓은 한정 수량 소진 시 조기 마감될 수 있습니다.

- 예매 완료 후 일자, 권종, 예매자 명의 변경은 불가합니다. 변경을 원하는 경우 취소 후 다시 원하는 티켓을 구매하셔야 합니다.

- 예매 취소 시 예매처에서 정한 취소 수수료가 발생합니다. 예매처의 취소 수수료 규정을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

- 티켓 예매, 취소, 환불 등의 처리는 해당 예매처에서만 가능합니다. 취소, 환불 관련 사항은 예매처 규정을 따르며, 예매 페이지에서 상세 내용을 확인할 수 있습니다.

- 티켓 양도 및 개인 간의 거래는 명백한 불법입니다. 불법 거래 또는 암표 적발 시 바로 퇴장 조치되며, 판매자와 구매자 모두에게 업무방해로 인한 신고 등 민형사상 법적 제재가 가해질 수 있습니다.

[티켓 재판매 및 양도 금지]

- 본인 이외 티켓의 대리 수령 및 양도는 허용하지 않습니다. 반드시 공연을 관람할 본인 명의의 아이디로 예매해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 반드시 공식 예매처를 통해 정상적으로 예매해 주시기 바랍니다. 티켓 임의 거래, 구매 대행, 전매, 양도 등의 행위는 불법 암표 거래로 간주될 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 법적 책임은 전적으로 거래 당사자에게 있으며, 주최, 주관, 협력사는 어떠한 도움도 드릴 수 없습니다.

- 원구매자가 티켓을 증여, 양도 및 재판매 등을 통해 타인에게 전달하여 사용하는 것은 불가합니다. 해당 행위의 적발 시 해당 티켓 및 손목밴드는 무효 처리되오니 반드시 정당한 절차를 통한 티켓 구매 및 공연 관람을 부탁드립니다.

- 티켓 양도(손목밴드 돌려쓰기 포함) 및 개인 간의 거래는 명백한 불법입니다. 불법 거래 또는 암표 적발 시 바로 퇴장 조치되며, 판매자와 구매자 모두에게 업무방해로 인한 신고 고치를 취하는 등 민형사상 법적 제재가 가해질 수 있습니다.

[티켓 발급 안내]

- 지류티켓 100%로 진행되며, 현장 수령만 가능합니다.

- 우선입장권 예매자를 위한 별도 티켓 부스가 마련됩니다. 해당 부스에서 모바일티켓 검표 및 손목밴드 배부, 우선입장권 티켓 배부까지 진행됩니다.

- 우선입장권 발급 및 게이트 입장 시 예매자 본인 확인이 철저히 진행됩니다. 예매 내역과 예매자 실물 신분증을 반드시 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.

- 직계 가족 아이디로 예매한 경우를 포함하여 모든 대리 수령이 절대 불가합니다.

- 예매 내역 캡처본 및 사본은 절대 인정되지 않으며, 예매처 APP에서 확인되어야 합니다.

- 신분증 사진 및 사본은 절대 인정되지 않으며, 신분증 내 사진으로 인물 식별이 가능해야 합니다.

- 예매 내역과 실물 신분증 둘 중 하나라도 없는 경우, 우선입장권 발급이 불가합니다. 개인 사유로 인한 예외 허용은 절대 없으며, 이로 인한 취소/교환/환불은 불가합니다.

- 오전 10시 30분부터 티켓 부스에서 모바일티켓 확인 및 손목밴드 교환이 가능합니다. 대기열로 인해 손목밴드 교환 시간이 늦어질 수 있으니 여유롭게 도착하시어 손목 밴드를 교환해 주시기 바랍니다.

[티켓 교환부터 입장까지]

- 입장 손목밴드를 착용한 후에만 입장 및 입장 줄서기가 가능합니다. 유효한 손목밴드를 착용하지 않고 입장 줄을 선 경우 무효 처리됩니다.

- 부정 입장 발각 시 즉시 퇴장 조치되며, 이에 따른 민형사상 법적 제재가 있을 수 있습니다.

- You cannot select a deposit without a bankbook when paying.
- Priority tickets are available only if you have booked official tickets for Grand Mint Festival 2024 at Interpark.
- You will enter the site in the order of the entry number selected when making a reservation.
- Priority admission tickets are tickets that you can enter in the order of designated numbers at the opening time of each stage, and are not guaranteed until after entry.
- Please purchase a priority ticket after booking only one ticket for this performance by date, and cancellation, exchange, or refund on the same day due to the buyer's mistake is not possible.
- The identity of the reservation holder is thoroughly checked when issuing admission tickets and entering the gate. Please make sure to bring the reservation details (not captured) and the real ID of the reservation holder.
- All proxy receipts, including those booked with a direct family ID, are absolutely impossible.
- Priority admission tickets will not be issued if you do not have either the reservation details or the physical ID. Exceptions are absolutely not allowed for personal reasons, and cancellation/exchange/refund is not possible.
- Priority admission tickets(paper tickets) cannot be reissued in case of loss/damage/stolen, and cancellation/exchange/refund is not possible due to this.
- The entry number will be invalidated after the queue closing time, and the priority entry will be invalidated after the gate opening time. Cancellation or refund due to absence from the queue and gate opening will not be possible.

* Ticket price: 22,000 won

* It is sold in a limited quantity, so it can be sold out without prior notice.

* Ticket reservation, cancellation, and refund can only be processed at the reservation website.

* It is 100% paper tickets, and only on-site receipt is possible.

* It is not possible to select a deposit without a bankbook as a payment method.

* Priority admission tickets are only sold at Interpark.

[Notice of reservation]

- Priority tickets for the Mint Breeze Stage are start from 1 to 500, and priority tickets for the Loving Forest Garden start from 1 to 100.

- You will enter in the order of the entry number selected when making a reservation.

- Only one ticket per person can be purchased for each date. Therefore, MBS priority tickets and LFG priority tickets on the same date cannot be booked at the same time.

- Priority tickets are available only if you have booked official tickets for Grand Mint Festival 2024 at Interpark.

- If you want to cancel the official ticket after booking a priority admission ticket, you must cancel the priority admission ticket first to cancel the ticket for the main performance.

- Priority admission ticket bookers enter faster than other audiences, so if you book two tickets for the main show per person, you may have problems with your companion's admission. Please purchase a priority ticket after booking only one ticket for each date of the main show, and cancellation, exchange, or refund on the same day due to a buyer's error is not possible.

- You cannot select a deposit without a bankbook when paying.

- Tickets may be closed early when a limited quantity is sold out.

- After the reservation is completed, the date, the type, or the name of the person who made the reservation cannot be changed. If you want to change it, you have to cancel it and buy the ticket you want again.

- If you cancel a reservation, there will be a cancellation fee set by the reservation website. Please check the cancellation fee regulations of the reservation website.

- Ticket reservation, cancellation, refund, etc. are only available at the relevant reservation website. Cancellation and refund are subject to the reservation office regulations, and details can be found on the reservation page.

- Ticket transfer and person-to-person transactions are clearly illegal. Any illegal transaction or ticket detection will result in immediate exit, and civil and criminal legal sanctions may be imposed on both sellers and buyers, such as reporting for obstruction of business.

[No tickets for resale and transfer]

- The receipt and transfer of tickets other than yourself is not allowed. Please make a reservation under the ID of the person who will watch the performance.

- Please make sure to make a reservation through the official reservation website. Any activity such as discretionary ticket transaction, purchase agency, resale, transfer may be considered illegal ticket sales. The legal responsibility for this lies solely with the parties involved in the transaction, and the organizers, organizers, or partnerships are unable to provide any assistance.

- It is not possible for the original buyer to deliver the ticket to others through gift, transfer, resale, etc. If the act is detected, the ticket and wristband will be invalidated, so please purchase the ticket and watch the performance through a legitimate procedure.

- Ticket transfer (including wristband swivel) and transactions between individuals are clearly illegal.
