Q. 음식물 반입해도 되나요?
음식물 반입은 불가하며 소형가방과 500ml 이하 PET에 담긴 물과 음료만 반입이 가능합니다. 현장 F&B가 다양하게 준비될 예정이니, 기대해주세요
Q. 좌석은 없나요?
두 개의 스테이지 모두 스탠딩으로 진행되며, 별도의 휴식존이 마련될 예정입니다.
Q. 토요일 예매했는데 일요일로 변경할 수 있나요? / 일요일 티켓을 토요일에 현장구매 할 수 있나요?
불가능합니다. 티켓은 해당일에만 손목밴드 교환 및 현장구매가 가능합니다.
Q. 티켓 현장 판매도 진행되나요? / 현장 판매 수량이 어떻게 되나요? / 현장 판매 결제 수단은 어떻게 되나요?
A. 예매가 마감된 이후, 잔여 티켓 수량에 따라 현장 판매 여부가 결정됩니다. 현장 판매 진행 여부, 수량 등은 예매 마감에 임박해 주최 측 SNS 채널을 통해 별도 공지 예정입니다.
현장판매 진행 시 결제는 현금과 카드결제 모두 가능하며, 구매 후 취소 및 환불은 불가합니다.
Q. 모바일티켓은 어떻게 발급 받나요?
A. 모든 티켓은 모바일티켓 시스템으로 운영되며, 공연 관람일 전일 8PM(KST)에 각 예매처별 모바일APP을 통해 예매자 아이디로 모바일티켓이 발급됩니다.
Q. 현장에서 손목밴드를 대신 수령할 수 있나요? / 모바일티켓 캡처로는 입장이 안 되나요?
A. 현장의 티켓 확인 부스 (손목밴드 배부처) 에서 모바일티켓과 실물 신분증을 통한 예매자 본인 확인 절차 후, 손목밴드 수령/착용이 가능합니다.
손목밴드는 스태프가 직접 채워드리는 것이 원칙이기 때문에 일행과 함께하시는 경우, 반드시 동행하여 모바일티켓 확인 및 입장 손목밴드를 수령해주시기 바랍니다.
* 모바일티켓의 캡처본 및 사본은 티켓으로 절대 인정되지 않으니 유의해주시기 바랍니다.
Q. 한 명이 여러 매의 티켓을 구매했는데, 일행이 나중에 도착한다고 합니다. 온 사람 먼저 입장할 수 있나요?
i) 예매자가 도착하지 않은 경우
모바일티켓 확인은본인 명의로 예매한 분만 가능합니다. 예매자명과 수령인에 대한 확인 및 신분 대조 절차를 진행할 예정이기에
손목밴드는 예매자 본인이 아닌 타인은 동행인(일행)인 경우에도 대리수령이 불가능합니다.
ii) 예매자가 아닌, 단순 일행이 도착하지 않은 경우
예매자 분은 모바일티켓 확인 후 본인의 손목밴드를 수령받으시면 됩니다. 손목밴드는 모바일티켓이 확인된 후 현장에서 스태프가 직접 채워드리는 것이 원칙이기에
일행분의 손목밴드를 수령하는 것은 불가능합니다. 예매자 분은 페스티벌 사이트 내에 계시다가 일행 분께서 오셨을 때 티켓확인을 함께 진행해주시면 됩니다.
Q. 현장에 늦게 도착해도 손목밴드 받을 수 있나요? 입장할 수 있나요? / 입장 후 스테이지 밖으로 이동이 가능한가요?
A. 네, 게이트 오픈 시간 이후에도 손목밴드 교환이 가능하며, 도어 오픈 이후에도 스테이지 퇴장과 입장이 가능합니다.
자유로운 이동을 위해 입장 시 받은 손목밴드를 일정 종료 시까지 계속 차고 계셔야 하며, 손목밴드 분실 및 훼손 시 재발급이 불가합니다.
Q. 도어 오픈 전 입장 줄 설 때, 손목밴드를 착용하고 있어야 하나요?
네. 입장 손목밴드를 착용한 후에만 입장 줄을 설 수 있습니다.
Q. 7월 28일(일) 티켓을 7월 27일(토)에 현장에서 찾거나 구매할 수 있나요?
불가능합니다. 티켓은 해당일에만 현장수령 및 현장구매가 가능합니다
Q. 맥주 마실 수 있나요?
A. 네. 푸드 존 내 알코올 음료를 판매할 예정입니다. 푸드 존 내 알코올 음료를 구매할 예정이신 분들께서는 신분증을 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
또한 과음으로 인해 발생하는 상황에 대한 책임은 관객 본인에게 있으며 이 경우 경고 없이 바로 퇴장조치 및 법적제재를 가할 수 있습니다.
안전하고 즐거운 페스티벌을 위해 적절한 양의 알코올 섭취를 부탁드립니다.
Q. 흡연이 가능한가요?
A. 네. 지정된 흡연 존에서만 가능합니다. 페스티벌 맵을 통해 흡연 존을 확인하실 수 있습니다.
Q. 주차 가능한가요?
A. 가능합니다. 킨텍스 홈페이지를 통해 제2전시장 주차현황을 확인할 수 있으니, 현장에서 참고해 주세요.
Q. 분실물은 어떻게 하나요?
A. 분실과 습득의 경우 모두 인포메이션 부스에 접수해 주세요. 현장에서 찾아가지 않은 분실물은 페스티벌 종료 후 1주일 내에 민트페이퍼 홈페이지에 공지됩니다.
Q. 비가 와도 진행하나요?
A. 네. HAVE A NICE TRIP은 실내 페스티벌이기 때문에 우천 시에도 정상 진행됩니다.
🔸 Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I bring food in?
Food cannot be brought in, only water and drinks in small bags and PETs of 500ml or less can be brought in. There will be various on-site F&Bs prepared.
Q. Do you have any seats?
Both stages will be held in standing, and a separate rest area will be provided.
Q. I made a reservation for Saturday, can I change it to Sunday? / Can I buy Sunday tickets on-site on Saturday?
It's not possible. Tickets can only be exchanged for wristbands or purchased on-site on that date.
Q. Are tickets sold on-site? / What is the quantity sold on-site? / What is the payment method for on-site sales?
A: After the reservation is closed, the number of tickets remaining will determine whether or not to sell on-site.
The on-site sales and quantity will be announced separately through the organizer's SNS channel as the reservation is nearing the end.
Payment can be made both in cash and by card when on-site sales are carried out, and cancellation or refund is not possible after purchase.
Q. How can I get a mobile ticket?
A. All tickets will be operated by a mobile ticket system, and mobile tickets will be issued on the 8PM (KST) the day before the performance date with the ID of the reservation through the mobile APP of each reservation destination.
Q. Can I pick up the wristband for my company? / Can I enter with a captured version of my ticket?
A. After verifying the identity of the person who reserved the ticket through the mobile ticket and physical ID card at the ticket verification booth on the site, you can receive/wear the wristband.
The staff has to tie the wristband directly, so if you are with a company, please accompany them to check the mobile ticket and receive the wristband.
* Please note that captured and copied mobile tickets will never be accepted as tickets.
Q. One person bought several tickets, but the group will arrive later. Can the person who came first enter?
i) If the person who made a reservation hasn't arrived
Only those who made a reservation under their own name can check the mobile ticket.
We will check the name of the person who made the reservation and the recipient and check the identity of the person who made the reservation,
so wristbands cannot be received by others even if the person who made the reservation is a companion.
ii) If one of your parties has not arrived
The person who made the reservation can check the mobile ticket and receive his or her wristband.
It is impossible to receive your party's wristband because it is a rule that the staff ties the wristband directly after the mobile ticket is confirmed.
The person who made the reservation can be on the festival site and proceed with the ticket confirmation when your party comes.
Q. Can I get a wristband even if I arrive late? Can I enter? / Can I move out of the stage after entering?
A. Yes, you can exchange your wristband after the gate opening time, and you can leave and enter the stage even after the door opens.
For free movement, you must wear the wristband you received when entering until the end of the schedule, and if the wristband is lost or damaged, it cannot be reissued.
Q. Do I have to wear a wristband when standing in line before opening the door?
Yes. You can only stand in line after wearing the entrance wristband.
Q. Can I purchase tickets for July 28th (Sun) on site on July 27th (Sat)?
It's not possible. Tickets can only be received and purchased on-site on that date.
Q. Can I drink on site?
A: Yes. We plan to sell alcoholic beverages in the food zone. If you plan to buy them, please bring your ID.
Also, the audience is responsible for the situation caused by drinking too much. Please consume an appropriate amount of alcohol for a safe and enjoyable festival.
Q. Is smoking possible?
A. Yes, it is only available in the designated smoking zone. You can check the smoking zone through the festival map.
Q. Is parking available?
A. It's possible. You can check the parking status of Exhibition Hall 2 through KINTEX's website, so please refer to it at the site.

Q. What do I do with lost and found?
A: In case of loss and acquisition, please register it at the information booth.
Lost and found items will be announced on the Mint Paper website within one week after the festival ends.
Q. Does the festival proceed even if it rains?
A. Yes. HAVE A NICE TRIP is an indoor festival, so it will be still open even in rainy weather.
