1. 타임테이블 & 페스티벌 맵 TIMETABLE & FESTIVAL MAP
타임테이블과 맵은 꼭 다시 보며, 현장 내 부스를 확인해 주세요!
- 2층 로비에서 모바일 티켓 확인과 손목밴드 착용 후에만 입장이 가능합니다.
- 2층 Departures(입구), Arrivals(출구)와 1층 공연장은 에스컬레이터를 통해 이동합니다.
- 스테이지와 F&B부스를 비롯한 편의시설과 부스는 모두 1층 공연장에 마련되어 있습니다.
- 공연장 내에는 소형 가방과 500ml PET만 반입이 가능합니다.
- 2개의 스테이지는 스탠딩 관람이며, 모든 구역에는 의자와 돗자리 반입이 불가합니다.
- 의자와 테이블이 있는 취식존과 휴식존이 준비됩니다.
- You can enter only after verifying your mobile ticket and wearing a wristband at the lobby on the second floor.
- You can move between second floor(Departures(entrance), Arrivals(exit)) and first floor(festival site) by escalator.
- Stages, convenience facilities(including F&B booth) and other booths will be located on the first floor of the festival site.
- Only small sized bag and plastic bottle under 500mL can be brought into the festival site.
- Both stages will be operated as standing zone only. Therefore, chairs and mats are prohibited in all areas.
- Tables and chairs will be provided at the food zone. Refresh zone will be provided separately from the food zone.

* 예매 마감 전까지 공식 예매처인 인터파크/예스24/Fever에서 가능합니다.
* 해당 예매처에서 처리 가능하며, 당일 취소나 환불 등은 불가합니다.
* Tickets are available at Interpark/Yes24/Fever before the reservation deadline.
* Cancellation or refund on the same day is not possible.
* 현장 판매는 해당일에만 판매됩니다 (일요일 1일권을 토요일에 구매 불가)
* 현금/카드 결제 가능하며, 구매 후 티켓 취소 혹은 환불이 불가합니다.
* On-site sales will only be available on that day (Sunday 1-day tickets cannot be purchased on Saturday)
* Cash/card payment is possible, and tickets cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase.
★현장판매는 인포메이션 부스에서 진행됩니다.

* 손목밴드 분실 및 훼손 시 재발급 불가합니다.
* 손목밴드 착용 시 게이트 안과 밖을 자유롭게 이동하실 수 있습니다.
예매자 혹은 동행인이 도착하지 않은 경우
- 예매자가 도착하지 않은 경우
모바일 티켓 확인은 본인 명의로 예매한 분만 가능합니다. 예매자 명과 수령인에 대한 확인 및 신분 대조 절차를 진행할 예정이기에 손목밴드는 예매자 본인이 아닌 타인은 동행인(일행)인 경우에도 대리 수령이 불가능합니다.
* 예매자가 도착하지 않은 경우 손목밴드 수령은 불가합니다
- 동행인이 도착하지 않은 경우
예매자 분은 본인 모바일티켓 확인 후 본인의 손목밴드를 수령 받으시면 됩니다. 손목밴드는 모바일티켓이 확인된 후 현장에서 스태프가 직접 채워드리는 것이 원칙이기에 일행분의 손목 밴드를 수령하는 것은 불가능 합니다. 예매자 분은 페스티벌 사이트 내에 계시다가 일행분께서 오셨을 때 티켓 확인을 함께 진행해 주시면 됩니다.

ii) On-site sales
Visit on-site ticket verification booth ▶ Wear wristband ▶ Entry
* It cannot be reissued if the wristband is lost or damaged.
* When wearing a wristband, you can move freely inside and outside the gate.
If the person who made the reservation or the person who accompanied you has not arrived
• If the booking agent has not arrived
Only those who made a reservation under their own name can check their mobile tickets. We are planning to check the name of the person who made the reservation and check the identity of the person who made the reservation and the person who made the reservation, so the wristband cannot receive it by proxy even if someone else is a companion (one party).
* If the reservation holder has not arrived, the wristband cannot be received
• If the companion has not arrived
The person who makes a reservation can check his or her mobile ticket and receive his or her wristband. It is not possible to receive the wristband of your party because the staff on site fills the wristband after the mobile ticket is confirmed. The person who makes a reservation can stay on the festival site and check the ticket when your party comes.
